  • Can I stay for an extended period?

    Yes! We offer medium-term rentals perfect for relocations, remote work, and extended vacations. Just filter by stay length when browsing.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation terms vary based on the length of your stay:


    Short-Term Vacation Stays (Under 28 Nights)

    You will receive a full refund if your reservation is canceled at least 5 days before your scheduled check-in date.


    Extended Stays (28+ Nights)

    Because longer reservations require advance planning and often reserve the home for an extended period, the following notice requirements apply:


    30+ Days Before Check-In: Eligible for a full refund.


    Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In: The first 30 nights of the reservation are non-refundable.


    After Check-In / Early Departure: A 30-day notice is required to end a stay early. Without proper notice, charges will apply for the next 30 days (or the remainder of the reservation if shorter).
